Cheques should be made payable to 'Kitchenmonger' and should be in UK Sterling payable to a UK bank account. Goods will be dispatched once we have received your cheque. If ordering by telephone, post or fax, please be sure to quote the product description and your name, address and a daytime telephone number. Kitchenmonger are happy to provide a full refund or replacement for goods if for any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased from us. We ask that you return the goods unused, within 21 days, complete with the paperwork enclosed with your delivery for a full refund or replacement. This does not effect your statutory rights.

Goods may be returned to any of our branches or by sending them to our Head Office address at .Kitchenmonger, The Reid Building, New Hayward Farm, Hungerford, Berkshire RG17 0PZ. We will refund the cost of return postage where goods have been received damaged or faulty only.

Returned goods must be received in perfect condition and be returned in their original packaging.

If you wish to amend your order or cancel it completely please call our Customer Service line 01488 681897 or email us at as soon as possible. We will need your name and address to locate your order. Please remember that orders (see below for details on Trolley orders) are shipped within 14 days of receipt, therefore in the event that your order has already been shipped we request that you follow our returns procedure above to get a full refund once the goods have been received.

We charge a postage and packing on all orders under Ł100.00. Orders over Ł100.00 are delivered free of charge. Postage and packing charges are in price bands based on the value of your order starting at Ł1.50 for an order under Ł5.00 and rising to Ł4.50 for an order over Ł10.00. We aim to dispatch orders within 14 days of receipt, but this may take longer if we experience high demand for a particular item. We will of course contact you immediately to advise of any delay. If you require a product urgently we are happy to send goods overnight, stock permitting, so please mention this with us at the time of ordering. Overnight deliveries are charged at Ł7.00. Please call us or email if you would like us to ship abroad to discuss your requirements and obtain a quotation.

Delivery of Trolleys

Trolley deliveries are handled by an outside courier and they will contact you directly to arrange either a AM or PM delivery on a day convenient to you. Trolley's are delivered by a dedicated two man delivery service. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If you should have any queries regarding your trolley delivery please contact the main Kitchenmonger Customer Service number. The cost of delivery, Ł25.00, has been added already to the cost of the trolley.
